Birchbox January 2019

This box is all about welcoming in 2019. Items are chosen for you based upon your beauty profile so of course I got a detangling hair masque. Birchbox knows me so well. Let's get started and see what came in the January 2019 Birchbox.

Arrow – ENHANCE Waterproof Eye Brightener

This Eyeliner is a super light pink color that is supposed to really brighten up your appearance when you apply it to the inner corner of your eyes and to the bottom lash line. In the box, you get a pretty good size sample of this product so that you get the chance to see if it works or not. Excited to give it a try as I always look so tired! Perhaps that’s because I am 😉.

Beautaniq Beauty – Blush Serum in Sunrise

Love the packaging of this blush! It immediately allows it to stand out from the rest of the products! This blush serum comes in a pink tube with little lillypads all over. This is a water-based blush that claims to “give your cheeks a healthy flush while nourishing your skin.” Apricot see and Vitamin E oil are two main ingredients that help it accomplish that feat.

Blaq – Peel Off Mask

My first impression of this sample product is that it is a nice sized sample! I am going to get the opportunity to try it several times before having to give my final thoughts. This mask comes in a sleek black tube giving it a very luxury feel. It claims to “target toxins and draws out impurities instantly. You are supposed to apply this to your T zone for 15-20 mins.

Coco & Eve – Like a Virgin Coconut & Fig Hair Masque

Once again, a great size sample at a whole fluid ounce! The packaging is a light pink tube with teal words and a teal cap. Super sleek! This hair masque claims to “detangle, hydrate, repair damage, and fight frizz.” I love to try new detangling products as my hair always gets super tangled and when I try to brush it, it will break off.

Lavanila – The Healthy Frangrance Vanilla Grapefruit Eau de Parfum

This is described as “An uplifting citrus, this addictive blend of juicy pink grapefruit, fresh lime, crisp cedarwood, and warm Madagascar vanilla is fresh and inviting.” I am excited to give this Parfum a try. My favorite type of parfums always have vanilla as a base. We will have to wait and see!

o I give this months products 5 stars at the first impression! All of these products are something I will try out in my day to day use without having to force it.

o January’s products were all a good size which I think is a good value. These are all products I would never have tried otherwise.
